Craft Your Way Into Fall With November Activities At The Fond du Lac Public Library
Love arts and crafts? Sign up for any of a series of creative programs planned during November at the Fond du Lac Public Library.
Join library staff Monday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. in the McLane Room for Bad Art Night as guests create CD Books. No artistic experience necessary; the library will provide all materials. Register now at calendar.fdlpl.org.
Then, on Monday, Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. in the McLane Room, create your own Fall Candle during Evening Craft Class. All supplies will be provided. Register starting Nov. 2 at calendar.fdlpl.org.
Know an adult who loves to craft but needs to keep it simple? The newest craft program at the Fond du Lac Public Library will be perfect for them. Join library staff on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 10 a.m. in the Idea Studio for Super Simple Crafts. Each month, library staff walk participants through an extremely easy craft appropriate for almost any skill or ability level. All supplies will be provided. Fond du Lac Public Library operates two locations: the Main Library at 32 Sheboygan St. in downtown Fond du Lac, and the Allen J. Buechel Branch at 1132 E. Johnson St. near Festival Foods. The main library is open daily: Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Chapter 52 Bookstore at 52 Sheboygan St. is open Monday through Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., while the Allen J. Buechel Branch is open weekdays from 2 to 6 p.m., and weekends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
