Cummings, Palmeri Advance in Oshkosh Mayor’s Race
The Oshkosh Mayor’s
race is down to two candidates after Tuesday night’s spring primary. Incumbent
Mayor Steve Cummings and challenger Lori Palmeri will face off in the April
election after receiving the most votes in Tuesday’s primary. Cummings got 40%
of the vote, with 897 votes cast for him, while Palmeri received 39% of the
vote, with 890 votes cast. Coming in third place in the primary voting was Nate
Stiefvater, who received 479 votes and 21 percent of the vote. The general
election is April 2nd.
