Dalton Man Waives Hearing On Tenth OWI Charge

The 61-year-old Green Lake County man facing his 10th drunken driving offense waived his preliminary hearing in Fond du Lac County Court. Michel Wortman of Dalton was pulled over by a Sheriff’s deputy on Highway 26 in the Village of Rosendale on June 20th.  Sheriff’s officials say a passenger in the car dialed 911 to alert authorities.
