“Dangerous” Bull Loose In Dodge County

***UPDATE*** As of Monday night, the bull has been located and is no longer a threat to the community.

Dodge County authorities are on the lookout for a bull that escaped from the Milwaukee Stockyards between Lowell and Reeseville in Dodge County.

The bull was described as “dangerous” and “not friendly” and that it will charge at people. Residents, hunters and those driving through the area, especially driving at night, should use caution when in that general area.

The sheriff’s office says as of 9 AM Saturday, November 11, 2023, it hadn’t received any calls about the bull since it’s escape.

If anyone sees the bull please contact the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office immediately with as detailed of a location as possible. Use 911 if it is an emergency, or call our non-emergency number 920-386-3726.

The Sheriff’s Office has been asked to euthanize the animal if it is located, due to the threat it would pose to people.
