Dodge County Budget Presented

The 2018 Dodge County Budget was presented to county supervisors this week. The proposed tax levy of just over $33.8 million is an increase of $560,000. The proposed mill rate of $5.50 would be 13 cents less than what property taxpayers saw last December. The budget includes an estimated $4.7-million dollars in sales tax revenue.  One million dollars of that will be used for highway and bridge projects. The budget and tax levy will be adopted by the County Board at their November 14th meeting.
