Dodge County Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges

A 62-year-old Juneau man is in custody in the Dodge County jail after being arrested for multiple counts of possession of child pornography.

On Tuesday, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant on the man’s residence after they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in reference to an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.

As a result of the tip and subsequent investigation, 62-year-old Daniel Uttech was booked into the Dodge County Jail and the sheriff’s office has requested charges of 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a Class D Felony.

Uttech had his initial court appearance on Wednesday and is currently being held on a $5,000 cash bond.
