Doe Turns Tables On Hunter
A doe turned the tables on a bow
hunter in Fond du Lac County that shot her Friday night. The 72-year-old man
shot the deer with an arrow from a cross bow and was tracking her when she
jumped out of some thick brush and struck him in the right leg with her head.
He was taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. The man’s son reported the
incident on the Peebles Trail in the Town of Taycheedah about 7:20 that
evening.
