Driver Suffers Serious Injuries in Dodge County Crash

One person suffered life-threatening injuries after a
two-vehicle crash on Highway 151 in Dodge County Thursday evening. The Dodge
County Sheriff’s Office reports the crash happened on Highway 151 near County
Highway C – in between Beaver Dam and Waupun – around 7:48 pm. Police say the
driver of a passenger car was flown from the scene by Flight for Life with
life-threatening injuries, while the driver and passenger of a pickup involved
in the crash were evaluated on scene and released. The investigation into the
crash is ongoing, but deputies say a lack of seatbelt usage is a factor in the
seriousness of injuries.
