Drunk Driver Hits Squad Car

A 60-year old Neenah man is in custody after allegedly crashing into a Winnebago County sheriff’s squad car that was parked along the side of Interstate 41. The crash happened around 10:30pm Wednesday night as a deputy was investigating another crash. The man hit the back side of the parked squad, spun into the highway, and hit another vehicle. The squad car was pushed into the disabled car from the earlier crash. There were no serious injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
