Dusting of snow may be cause of area crashes

A light area of snow early Tuesday morning, January 27, 2026, led to some slick road conditions in the area.

At about 4:40 a.m., Fond du Lac County authorities tended to a rollover crash east of Brandon on County Highway M near County TC. No injuries were reported in that crash.

At about 5:20 a.m., a semi crashed in Dodge County, blocking both northbound lanes. This crash occurred just north of the Lomira Exit, which is Highway 67. This prompted authorities there to close the highway at 67. The highway was closed until 6:50 a.m. while crews worked the scene.
