Elmwood School For Sale

With $29.5 million in improvements on the way for the schools it operates the North Fond du Lac School District has one old school it would like to sell. The former Elmwood grade school on County Highway OO was used until the 1970s when the district consolidated classes to the Friendship Learning Center. District Superintendent Aaron Sadoff says since then they were leasing it to CESA 6, but that is no longer the case. CESA 6 used it for alternative education. Revenue from the sale of the school could be used for upkeep on their other schools. The old school currently lists for about $170,000.
