Empowering Community Health Kicks Off 2025 Campaign

The Wisconsin Community Health Empowerment Fund (WCHEF) is excited to kick off 2025 Empowering Community Health with the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment, the Green County Development Corporation, and four United Way organizations. The Empowering Community Health Project continues to support the Wisconsin-based Community Health Shark Tank Teams, which focus on nutrition access for families with young children. It further assists in attracting multi-sector community health resource partners and building vital infrastructure for long-term community health success. In an environment of constant change, this project will draw out and illuminate strengths and possibilities from many partners.
