Envision Greater FDL Facebook Page Working to Help Restaurants in Area

Envision Greater Fond du Lac is using Facebook to help area
restaurants and bars that were forced to close their dining rooms and shift to delivery
and take-out services only. The page titled “Fond du Lac Take Out & Delivery Options Amid Covid-19” features information direct from restaurants in
the Fond du Lac area who are still open and ready to serve people despite the
restrictions placed on them earlier this week.

Joe Venhuizen with Envision spoke on KFIZ Thursday morning and
encouraged people to “like” the page and check it regularly for information. “There’s
a lot of people working hard to be innovative and to basically just stay afloat
during this difficult time,” Venhuizen said. “We can all have an impact on that.”
The page was launched Wednesday and has over 1,000 likes and followers as of
Thursday night.
