Evers Extends Green Lake County Coroner Application Date

An extension has been granted to applicants for the open position of Green Lake County Coroner.

Governor Tony Evers made the announcement Wednesday.

Evers will appoint a new coroner to fill the vacancy created when Dan Krieser passed away in November.

The new appointed coroner would finish out the term that expires in January of 2023.

Applicants originally had until January 28 to apply but the deadline has been extended to February 11.
