Expansion Of Wireless Internet Service Nearing Completion

Bug Tussel Wireless will finish its efforts to bring wireless Internet access to rural parts of Fond du Lac County next spring. Mike Long of Bug Tussel gave the County Board and update Tuesday night. He says by the end of October eleven sites around the County should be ready for new customers. The final two in Taycheedah and Mt. Calvary will be completed by next spring. Long says five new towers were added, five more are being added and Bug Tussel used three of the County’s existing towers to expand internet service. He says the towers are being built to accommodate additional carriers and the County’s future communications needs.
