Fall Colors Easy To Track With Website

Fans of fall colors in the form of changing leaves can keep track of locations and progress of their transformation thanks to a website provided by travelwisconsin.com.
The map breaks down the state by counties and shows the percent of color in the trees currently, as well as when peak color can be expected in each county.
Clicking a county on the interactive map will show you information where the best viewing can be as well as fall activities listed in the area. In Fond du Lac County as of September 18, the map is showing 20% color and lists the best places to view the colors as the Kettle Moraine State Forest, Kiekhaefer Park and Lakeside Park.
The map also forecasts Fond du Lac County’s peak time for color as the 3rd week of October.
