Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Friday

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials have released the name of the Green Bay man who died in a motorcycle crash on Highway TC in the Town of Springvale early Friday afternoon. Patrick J. Pichette died at the scene of the accident. He was heading west when he left the road and struck a culvert. No other vehicles were directly involved in the accident. Brandon/Fairwater EMS and Lifestar Ambulance of Waupun assisted at the scene. The accident was reported at 12:10 a.m.

On Sept 26^th, 2014 at 12:10pm, the Fond du Lac
County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a motorcycle crash on Hwy TC,
west of Hwy M in the Township of Springvale. A 63 year old male party from
Green Bay was pronounced dead at the scene; he was the operator of the
motorcycle there were no passengers. Preliminary information revealed that the
subject was westbound on Hwy TC, left the roadway and struck a culvert. There
were no other vehicles directly involved in the crash. The crash investigation
does remain open and is being investigated by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s
Office. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of
the next of kin.

Lifestar Ambulance, Waupun.
