Fatal Punching Suspect Set to Stand Trial

The man accused of punching another man during a dispute
over $18 – eventually causing the man’s death – is being ordered to stand
trial. 34-year old Christopher Barry is charged with one count of aggravated
battery for allegedly punching Steven Mallas back on October 7^th. 

Mallas died five days later after having his jaw wired shut and suffering edema
into his chest area – and contracting bronchial pneumonia. 

Barry is set to
return to court on December 6^th.
