FDL County Board Preview

Fond du Lac County supervisors tonight will be asked
to approve a resolution that supports eliminating the property tax loophole
used by national chain stores. The “Dark Store” loophole has been successfully
used in Fond du Lac.
City Manager Joe Moore recently detailed how much is has cost the City for the
City Council, which then passed a similar resolution supporting elimination of
the loophole. The County
Board will also be asked
to approve a resolution in memory of late County Supervisor Paul Levandowski.
The Board meets at 6 p.m. at the City-County
Government Center.
