FDL Health Dept No Longer Providing Covid-19 Testing At Fairgrounds
The Fond du Lac County Health Department has announced that Tuesday, April 11, will be the final day for COVID-19 testing at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds.
The department has been using the fairgrounds as a testing facility since October of 2021, partnering with Accelerated Clinical Laboratories’ in providing testing services to the residents of Fond du Lac County.
The department says after the 11th, Individuals can access a COVID-19 test by visiting a community testing location like Walgreens in the Fond du Lac and surrounding areas or in Winnebago County, Summit Clinical Labs at 2135 S. Koeller St., in Oshkosh, which has testing Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday 8am-11am through the end of April.
Self-tests can be obtained through pharmacies, retail outlets, or online with Department of Health Services.
Also, free tests are available at the city/county building and county libraries while supplies last.
