FDL Man Arrested After Shooting Incident

No one was injured in a
shooting incident at a home on east
11^th street Thursday night in the City
of Fond du Lac.
Fond du Lac Police say they received a call just
before 10:30 pm from a home in the 100 block of aast 11^th Street, where a 43 year
old man from Fond du Lac
was intoxicated and firing off rounds from a gun inside the home. A man and a
woman that were inside the home with the suspect were able to lock themselves in
another room and call police. Responding officers were able to establish a
perimeter around the home, and the Fond
du Lac Police SWAT Team was called to respond. The
suspect surrendered to officers before the SWAT team arrived on the scene. He
is being held in the Fond du Lac
County Jail on numerous
criminal charges. Fond du Lac Police were
assisted at the scene by Fond du Lac
Fire and Rescue.
