FDL Summer Reading Program A Success

The Fond du Lac Public Library’s 10-week summer reading program had more than 4,900 participants this summer. Library officials say in its fifth year readers logged more than 3.8 million minutes read. Participants in the reading program included 2,900 kids, 1,400 adults and nearly 600 teens. Library Director Jon Mark Bolthouse says they are delighted the community recognizes the importance of reading during the summertime.
