FDL Woman Charged For Stabbing

Bond has been set at $25,000 cash for a 30-year-old Fond du Lac woman accused of stabbing a man she lived with in the chest and back. Mindy Bellmer was charged this week in Fond du Lac County Court for the January 13th incident in the 100 block of East 2nd Street. The victim a 45-year-old Fond du Lac man was taken to St. Agnes Hospital. The two had been drinking and got into an argument in the kitchen of the home where the stabbing allegedly occurred. Bellmer has a preliminary hearing on March 17th. She is facing 1st degree reckless injury and four other charges.
