FDL Woman Killed In Calumet County Traffic Accident

A 53-year-old Fond du Lac woman was killed when the motorcycle she was on crashed into the back of a car on Highway 55 in Stockbridge Sunday afternoon. Calumet County Sheriff’s officials say the car was stopped waiting to make a turn. Sandra Birschbach was a passenger on the bike. The 59-year-old Fond du Lac man driving the motorcycle was flown to a hospital with serious injuries. The woman driving the car was not injured.
