FDL Woman Pleads To Heroin Trafficking Charge

Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney says a 44-year-old Fond du Lac woman has pled guilty to a heroin trafficking charge. Jody Wegener was among eleven people arrested in a major drug investigation. She recently entered the plea before Fond du Lac County Judge Richard Nuss earlier this week. Judge Nuss ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Two other felony bail jumping charges were read into the record and dismissed. Judge Nuss has revoked her $10,000 cash bond.
