Firefighters Battle Fire in Corn Dryer Sunday Night

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office along with the
Rosendale Fire Department responded to a fire in a corn dryer on Rose-Eld Road
Sunday night. Crews responded to the scene just after 11 pm to find the dryer
fully engulfed by fire. Reports say the dryer was fully loaded with charcoal
and corn and was overheating inside when firefighters arrived on scene. No
injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
