Five Injured In Two Vehicle Crash In Town Of Eden

Five people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 45 and Fond du Lac County Highway W Wednesday night. Sheriff’s Lieutenant Mike Nolan says the accident in the Town of Eden was reported to County Dispatch at 6:45 p.m. He says a preliminary investigation revealed a 36-year-old Cascade woman and her 14-year-old daughter were traveling north on County Highway W when she failed to stop for a stop sign. She hit a vehicle that was heading south on Highway 45. The vehicle on Highway 45 had three people from Butler, Wisconsin in it. All five were taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Assisting at the scene were Eden 1st Responders and Fire Department, two ambulances from Campbellsport, a Mt. Calvary Ambulance and Fond du Lac paramedics.
