Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund Names Kelli Schroedl Executive Director

The Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelli Schroedl as its new Executive Director. 

Schroedl brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning education, arts administration, nonprofit management, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams, managed budgets, cultivated partnerships, and supported fundraising and program growth while fostering environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. 

“Kelli’s commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and community impact makes her an outstanding fit for the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund,” Claudia Hawkins Moise, chair of the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund Board of Directors, said. “Her leadership experience and passion for creating opportunities align perfectly with our mission to facilitate bold change for women and girls.” 

Schroedl said she is excited to join the organization and work alongside donors, volunteers, community partners, and advocates to strengthen opportunities for women and girls throughout the Fond du Lac area. 

“I am energized by building bridges and bringing people together around shared goals,” Schroedl said. “The Women’s Fund has a strong history of investing in women and girls, and I look forward to working with the board and community partners to continue that important work and expand its impact.” 

The Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund works to create lasting, positive change by investing in programs, partnerships, and initiatives that empower women and girls and strengthen the community. 

As Executive Director, Schroedl will lead the organization’s strategic initiatives, community engagement efforts, fundraising activities, and partnerships while helping advance the Women’s Fund’s vision of ensuring opportunities for women and girls across the region.
