Fond du Lac Community Theatre hosts auditions for next production, Company

Fond du Lac Community Theatre (FDLCT) will host auditions for their next production, Company. Auditions will be held on Saturday, November 23 from 9am-2pm. Show up at any time and plan to stay for at least 15-30 minutes. Auditions will be held at the FDLCT firehouse, 250 W. 9th St in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

If you know you cannot make it to the audition, please email the director ASAP at trevorjclementi@gmail.com. FDLCT will schedule an alternate audition day for those who can’t make it on November 23, 2024. If needed, callbacks will be held on Sunday November 24 or Monday November 25.

Company centers around a 35-year-old bachelor named Bobby as he reflects on his life experiences with his friends – who are all married, or about to be married. There are a variety of comedic scenes between Bobby and his married friends interspersed with some of Sondheim’s most classic songs like “The Ladies Who Lunch” and “Being Alive.” Company is a notable example of a “concept musical” that lacks a linear plotline. Instead, think of Company more like an unflinchingly honest revue show around the central theme of love and commitment.

Company will be performed February 13 – 16, 2025 at Goodrich Little Theatre.
