On Thursday, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney announced on his personal Facebook page that he would officially be on the ballot for his second run at becoming Wisconsin’s Attorney General.
Toney announced he was able to hand in the 5000 signatures needed to be placed on the ballot.
In a statement on the social media site, Toney stated he will put public safety over politics at the states department of justice.
