Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office investigating overnight vehicle entries

UPDATE: The area of concern now includes Lakeshore Drive up through the area of Cemetery Road as a report of a vehicle break-in has been reported there.

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating some entries to vehicles overnight Thursday, March 26, 2026, on Lakeshore Drive in the area north and south of Subway Road.

Deputies have already talked with some homeowners in the area who’s vehicles had been broken into, but are possibly expecting more as residence in the area wake up for the day.

If you have found your vehicle or any buildings have been entered overnight, you should contact the sheriff’s office non emergency line at 920-929-3390.

Law enforcement are also asking anyone in the area with security cameras to please review their footage from overnight, to see if they may have captured any video or photos of the suspect that may help them in their investigation.
