Fond du Lac Police Department Investigate Shots Fired Call

The City of Fond du Lac Police Department is investigating a report of gun shots being fired in the city overnight.

Around 10:20 PM last night, calls began coming into the Fond du Lac County Dispatch Center reporting anywhere from four to eight shots being fired in the area of Hickory and Thomas Streets and a minivan type vehicle speeding away from the area.

When police arrived, they found bullet casings in the roadway.

Police canvassed the area, looking for security cameras and doorbell cameras that may have captured the event.
