Fond du Lac Police investigate death overnight

Fond du Lac Police are investigating a death overnight, Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

At 11:52 PM several officers responded to the parking lot of Leon’s Corner Pub at 261 north Main Street for a report of a man in a vehicle that appeared lifeless. The person that called it in said there was blood visible and a hole was seen in the sunroof.

When officers arrived on scene they also confirmed there was no signs of life from the person in the vehicle.

“Police Line. Do Not Enter” tape was placed around the scene and several officers stayed at the scene for at least an hour.

According to people on social media close to the incident, they say the death was a suicide.

No other details have been released by the police department. KFIZ will update this story if and when more details are released.
