Food Truck Festival Returns Sunday To Lakeside Park

After a successful first attempt at a Food Truck Festival, the Friends of Lakeside Park are bringing it back again this Sunday.

John Pappenheim is part of the group sponsoring the event, and tells KFIZ News the first event was wildly popular. “We were really overwhelmed with the amount of people that showed up at the first Food Truck Festival.”

Pappenheim says they’re ready for everyone this Sunday. “Our answer to that is to bring in way more food trucks and extend our hours. That first Food Truck Festival was only for three hours, but this Sunday’s Food Truck Festival will run for six hours.”

The Food Truck Festival and Art Fair runs Sunday from 11-5 at Lakeside Park in Fond du Lac, and you can find more info www.lakesidepark.org or on Facebook at “Friends of Lakeside Park.”
