Former Dodge County Intern Facing Possible Sexual Assault Charges

A former Dodge County Health and Human Services intern is facing possible criminal charges for having sex with a county client. Sheriff’s officials say Kyle Reilly of Columbus worked as an unpaid intern for Human Services through the UW-Whitewater. The internship lasted nearly six months and ended this past March after Health Services officials found out about his relationship with the client. Because of a possible conflict of interest the review and prosecution of the case has been turned over to the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office.
