Former West Bend City Administrator Sentenced

Former West Bend City Administrator TJ Justice has been sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision for soliciting a child for prostitution. The 49-year-old was sentenced this week in Waukesha County Court. He offered a 16-year-old girl he met on the internet money to have sex with him. He was arrested in April of 2016 in Muskego when he tried to meet up with the girl and police showed up instead. A child enticement charge was dropped as part of a plea agreement.
