“Grandpa and Lucy” To Be Performed At Library Tuesday Evening

The Fond du Lac Public Library, Climb Theater, and the ADRC of Fond du Lac County are partnering to host the intergenerational play “Grandpa and Lucy” this week.
The performance will be take place at the Fond du Lac Public Library in the McLane Room Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 5:30 – 6:30pm. Doors will open at 5.

The play is inspired by the children’s book, Grandpa and Lucy: A Story About Love & Dementia, written by Edie Weinstein, which helps kids and families strengthen intergenerational relationships with older relatives who may be struggling with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

A talkback following the performance will address any questions/concerns.

Prior to the performance snacks and beverages will be provided as well as some information on local resources.
The event is free and recommended for audiences 5 and up.
