Grothman Pushing For Tax Cuts

Congressman Glenn Grothman is pushing for tax cuts for the middle class. He notes the original tax law plan was going to tax investment income at one half the rate of that of people who are working, which he doesn’t feel is fair. The 6th District Congressman would also like to lower the top corporate tax rate to encourage multi-nationals to build in the U.S. He says that is particularly important for a manufacturing state like Wisconsin. He says issues on tax reform and tax cuts will be decided sometime over the next two months and he has been regularly attending meetings to make his position clear.
