Halderson Will Not Testify In His Own Trial

Dane County prosecutors intend to wrap up their case against Chandler Halderson today.

Defense attorneys announced Halderson will not testify in his trial for the murders of his parents Bart and Krista Halderson, and there will be no witnesses for the defense.

Prosecutors on Wednesday continued to explain to jurors how Halderson created a “web of lies” about his employment status and college enrollment through phony email accounts. He’s accused of murdering and dismembering his parents last July.
