Heat Advisory issued for Tuesday into Wednesday for Fond du Lac area

Hot weather continues Tuesday, July 14, 2026 with Tuesday being the hottest day in the forecast. The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory that goes into effect at noon Tuesday and will last until 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Highs will reach the upper 90s with heat indices possibly topping out around 103 degrees.

Little if any relief will come overnight with lows only dropping to the low 70s, with high temperatures Wednesday similar to Tuesday.

Multiple heat related illness calls came into the Fond du Lac County Communications Center Monday and this trend looks likely to continue Tuesday.

Experts say to avoid falling victim to the heat, Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room when possible and stay out of the sun. if outside, Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing and Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening.

High temperatures in the 90s look to continue through Thursday.
