Hundreds Walk To End Alzheimer’s In Fond du Lac

Nearly 400 walkers in teams from across the area participated in this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Fond du Lac County at Moraine Park Technical College on Saturday.

The Walk is anticipated to raise more than $82,000 to fund research and local services in Fond du Lac County, including support groups, education, information and referral
services, care and support, advocacy efforts and a 24/7 Helpline.

David Grams, Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Association Wisconsin Chapter said “The Walk to End Alzheimer’s plays a critical role in advancing our mission in the fight
against Alzheimer’s and other dementias.” Grams went on to say “We’re grateful for how the local community rallied together to raise awareness and funds to support our mission.”

If you were unable to take part in the walk but still want to help, donations can still be made to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s through December 31 at act.alz.org/fonddulac.

Mail-in donations should be directed to our regional mail-processing hub:
