“Irate” man does donuts in parking lot in front of officer that just gave him a ticket – gets forcefully arrested

Winnebago County authorities had an incident to deal with in the Oshkosh area Thursday, July 11, 2024, with a man who was pulled over and issued a ticket for a traffic infraction.

The issue came after the officer was finished with the stop and the man was free to leave. Rather than just drive away, the officer stated the man left very irate and pulled into a nearby gas station parking lot and started doing donuts with the vehicle in front of the officer.

The officer called for back-up and re-engaged contact with the man. This time, however, the man failed to roll the vehicle’s window down and ignored the officer’s commands. Once other officers with the sheriff’s office as well as three state patrol troopers were on scene, they broke the vehicles window and used force to remove the man from his vehicle.

It’s unknown what injuries were sustained by the man but an ambulance was requested and an officer stated he had gotten some of the man’s blood on him.
