Is third time a charm for Wendy’s in Fond du Lac?

Fond du Lac is getting a Wendy’s Restaurant… Again.

The corporate run, fast food burger restaurant is hoping the third time’s a charm as it has tried and failed in Fond du Lac twice before.

The former Wendy’s restaurants were both located within a quarter mile of the upcoming restaurant. The new location was unveiled this week at the old Hardees location at 759 west Johnson Street, when Wendy’s signage was erected onto the building.

Chatter on social media was mostly positive with a few saying it will fail like it has in the past, and one person saying their just glad it’s not more pizza.

Wendy’s recently announced it would be closing some of it’s under performing restaurants while opening as many as 500 new locations in the past two years.
