Johnsonville Big Grill Benefits FDL Boys And Girls Club

Johnsonville Sausage brought its World’s Largest Grill truck to Fond du Lac Tuesday for a brat sale to benefit the Boys & Girls Club. Boys & Girls Club CEO Dan Hebel says it’s the third time in as many years that Johnsonville has had a brat sale to benefit their programs. He says it is pretty fortunate for the club that Johnsonville is willing to do that. Hebel says they are just wrapping up their summer programs and soon will be opening up eight locations across Fond du Lac for their after school programs. He says they were serving 225 kids a day during the summer. He says in the past they have sold from 1,000 to 1,400 brats when the big truck is in town, but this year had nearly 1,000 pre-orders which he says bodes well.
