Jury Trial Scheduled For West Bend Man

A four-day jury trial has been scheduled in Washington County Court for a 25-year-old West Bend man who tried to shoot two police officers last October. The trial for Kody Konzal is scheduled to begin December 4th. Charges stem from an incident in West Bend where police responded to a report of shots being fired. During the incident he allegedly pointed a handgun at two officers, but it jammed when he tried to fire it. He’s being held in the Washington County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
