Kansas and Blue Oyster Cult coming to Oshkosh

The Oshkosh Arena announced a November concert Monday that features two heavy hitters from the 70s.

The bands Kansas and Blue Oyster Cult will make there way to the venue Saturday, November 8th, 2025, at 7 p.m.

Kansas, America’s legendary progressive rock band, has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and is renowned for classic hits like Carry On Wayward Son, Dust in the Wind, and their latest acclaimed release The Absence of Presence. Known for their dynamic live performances and distinctive blend of rock and progressive sounds, Kansas continues to inspire generations of fans with their musicianship and soaring anthems.

For over five decades, Blue Öyster Cult has thrilled audiences worldwide with their pioneering hard rock, delivering unforgettable songs like (Don’t Fear) The Reaper, Godzilla and Burnin’ for You. Revered for their creativity, musicianship and relentless touring, BÖC remains a powerhouse in rock music, recently releasing their studio album Ghost Stories in April 2024 to critical acclaim.

Like most bands from that era, both bands only have a fraction of their original members, but critics and fans rave that both bands are still worth the price of admission to see live.

Tickets go on sale for the show this Saturday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com
