Kaukauna 24 at Fond du Lac 34

Fond du Lac notches its first victory of the season with an impressive victory over Top 10 Kaukauna at Cardinal Stadium. A huge night for senior quarterback Connor Klapperich with 3 TD passes, 1 TD on the ground and also got an interception on defense. Fond du Lac got down early 7-0 but scored a TD on an impressive scramble play by Klapperich hooking up with Kalvin Mullins. Fond du Lac took a lead into the locker room at the half. Kaukauna with an onside kick to start the second half which resulted in a touchdown. Fond du Lac’s offense led by Klapperich, Mullins and Tanner Dalske was to much in the second half for the Ghosts.

Fond du Lac will be on the road next week against Appleton East a game you can hear on KFIZ.
