Boys Hockey: 

WIAA Division 2 State Semifinals: 

St. Mary’s Springs 5, Somerset 1

–Brady Welsch scored two goals for the Ledgers as they won the State Semifinal game over Somerset to punch their ticket to the Division 2 State Championship on Saturday morning. The Ledgers will play Superior for the title in Wisconsin Rapids – game time is 9:30 AM. 

Girls Basketball: 

WIAA Division 3 Sectional Semifinals: 

Oostburg 60, Winnebago Lutheran 55

–Alayna Suprenand scored 17 points to lead the Vikings in the loss. WLA’s season ends with a 21-1 record. 

Division 2 Sectional Semifinals: 

New Berlin Eisenhower 48, Kewaskum 20

Men’s College Basketball: 

Big Ten: 

#11 Iowa 77, #21 Wisconsin 62

–Micah Potter scored 23 points to lead the Badgers in the loss to the Hawkeyes at home. Wisconsin shot just 30 percent from the floor – and 38 percent from three point range – for the game. Luka Garza scored 30 points to lead Iowa in the win. The Badgers travel to Northwestern on Sunday night.

–Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 23 points and had 12 rebounds, as the Bucks’ lost their fifth straight game. Milwaukee hosts Oklahoma City tonight – tipoff is 7 PM.
