–Former Laconia athlete Jaylen Mahone scored 24 points, while former Fondy Cardinal Drew Jorgensen pitched in 21 as the Red Hawks won over the Foresters at home.

#5 Illinois 74, #23 Wisconsin 69

–D’Mitrik Trice scored 29 points – including 19 in the final 2:12 of the game – but it wasn’t enough to bring the Badgers all the way back in a loss to the Illini at the Kohl Center Saturday afternoon. Wisconsin plays at Purdue Tuesday night.
