Fond du Lac competed in the Bay Port Invitational on Monday held at the Brown County Golf Course near Green Bay. The Cardinals placed ninth at the invite, led by Lucy Nielsen who shot a two-round score of a 100.

–Corey Dickerson had three hits and drove in three runs as the Marlins blanked the Brewers in the series opener at American Family Field on Monday night. Brewers starter Corbin Burnes was lifted after five innings, giving up five runs on eight hits and striking out nine batters. Kolten Wong recorded three hits for the Brewers offense in the loss. The second game of the series is tonight – Adrian Houser gets the start for Milwaukee against Daniel Castano for Miami. First pitch is 6:40 PM, with radio coverage starting at 6:05 on KFIZ.
